John Shoaf has been with the company since 2002. His UPS management background and computer science education brings an added dimension to our shipping and freight program along with eBay and sales and service. |

Greg Farrell has been with the family owned company since 1991. He is key, in not only sales and service, but building up our crating and custom packaging business (no pun intended) along with the eBay sales program. Greg is a company owner and manager. |
|
Tom and Gloria Farrell established Pony Mailbox and Business Center in 1986. Because of growth in the crating and special packaging sector of the business a decision was made to move to a larger location. The company name was also changed at this time to The Shipping Place of St. Charles. Through the years the family has established a relationship with their customers based on a caring attitude, trust, and an ability to service their customers in their shipping, packaging and business needs. |

New or Expanded Services
· Because of the demand for shipping large items we have expanded our crating and custom packaging service. Our new location provides a loading dock for freight pick-up. We also design and build custom cartons to fit unusual shapes and sizes. |

· We will list your items on eBay for you, then pack and ship it out. We have listed items from jewelry and electronic equipment to antique furniture. We also sell items on consignment. |

· A popular new addition to our services are the digital color copiers. Not only can you come in and make copies but you can send us your project via email and we will print it or give us a disk and we will print from the disk. |
